To maintain consistency across Aetna and Verizon’s Medicare plans, Principal Designer Alyssa Vance and I designed a website that incorporates illustrations and animations, creating a more engaging and dynamic experience.

While keeping the website fun and mobile-friendly we decided on some key elements:

  • Bringing Pages to Life – We integrated animations into page headers across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) to create a more interactive experience.
  • A Welcoming Color Palette – We used tones of purple and blue to establish an inviting atmosphere.
  • Enhanced Content Discovery – I developed a new article hub where users can easily browse and explore topics of interest. Here, I implemented breadcrumb menus for seamless page transitions and social media icons for effortless content sharing, improving the overall navigation of the website.

By combining playful animations, thoughtful color choices, and intuitive navigation, we created an engaging experience that makes exploring Medicare plans easier and more enjoyable for users, while maintaining brand consistency.
